摘要

A new fluorescent probe NADH, namely N'(1),N'(3)-bis((E)-(2-hydroxy- naphthalen-1-yl)methylene)isophthalohydrazide, derived from isophthalic dihydrazide and naphthaldehyde was synthesized and characterized. NADH displayed an excellent selectivity towards Al3+ over other cations with dual channel emissions (460 nm & 486 nm) in DMSO-Tris (v/v, 8:2) buffer solution. Job`s plot analysis confirmed a 1:1 binding ratio between NADH and Al3+. NADH had a good anti-interference ability from most coexisted species according to competition study. The detection limit was estimated to be 0.219 mu M by 3s method, which was far below the acceptable limit in drinking water of WHO. A rational binding mode was proposed by means of Job's plot and H-1 NMR titration experiment. Furthermore, NADH was found to be biocompatible and it was applied to image intracellular Al3+ in living cells successfully.
