JAGUAR XF: There's scope for easy tuning of the XF's responses. So which is the best set-up?

LIKE MANY MODERN cars, the XF has the option of different driving modes, selected via a rocker switch on the centre console. The system, called Jaguar Drive Control, allows you to select from Standard, Eco, Dynamic and Rain Ice Snow modes. Steering weight, throttle response and the automatic transmission's shift points are all altered according to the mode. Our top-of-the-range XF S also comes with adaptive dampers as standard (they're optional on other trims) so those get stiffened or softened, too.
