Steve Jackson, CEO of Jackson Automotive Group, has seen a lot in 2020: His six stores in Texas, Oregon and Washington have dealt with the coronavirus pandemic, social justice protests and dangerous wildfires. At the same time, his eight-brand chain based in Rockwall, Texas, northeast of Dallas, has become a leaner organization. Jackson, 59, spoke with Automotive News TV producer and anchor Jennifer Vuong.
