NEW YORK (ICIS)--US-based titanium dioxide (TiO2) producer Chemours will tilt its planned capacity expansions across multiple worldwide facilities towards 2021-2022, its CEO said on Friday. “We’re not sure we’re going to need that capacity this year but we are going ahead to get it all ready. We had said that should be complete by 2021. Because of the things that have progressed, that will come in probably more in 2021 and 2022,” said Mark Vergnano, CEO of Chemours, in an interview with ICIS.
