LONDON (ICIS)--The Europe titanium dioxide (TiO2) market is unfazed by current Chinese import delays, but the supply and demand outlook is unclear, amid ongoing China coronavirus disruption and the spread of the virus to Europe. Some China import cargoes have been delayed a few weeks and up to a month, because of vessel availability constraints, according to one trader, who said it is on allocation with its customers.
