SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Asia’s ethyl acetate (etac) export market retreated to levels last seen around August 2019 as off-takes slow down in March as buyers remain cautious amid the coronavirus pandemic. Discussion levels for April loading cargoes were further pressured down by an impending increase in the export tax rebate for China’s ethyl acetate.
