China’s higher propylene export tax rebates may spur export interest

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China will raise the rate of export tax rebates on propylene from 10% to 13%, effective from 20 March, the State Taxation Administration announced on 17 March. The increase in the export tax rebate will stimulate export enthusiasm for most propylene producers theoretically.
