LONDON (ICIS)—European ethylene exports volumes look set to rise significantly in March as efforts to manage growing supply without cutting operating rates further and heavily curtailing propylene output, intensify. With domestic demand for spot volumes seemingly at rock bottom, and supply length increasingly hard to manage, some suppliers have had to resort to exporting to avoid containment issues.
