SINGAPORE(ICIS)--Asia's market was mixed as India could continue to experience snug supply,with a key southeast Asian supplier still in a short position globally,while a Saudi Arabia plant is due to shut in November.Initial offers for November shipments to India surfaced at higher levels,at the high $300s/tonne CFR India,but buyers opted to wait for a clearer supply picture to emerge from China after the end of the National Day holiday on 9 October.
