HOUSTON (ICIS)--US butadiene (BD) logistics constraints will persist through June as TPC Group works to restore its logistics services. Price pressure eased in March as coronavirus (Covid-19) weighs on global demand. In addition to prevailing soft demand, crude futures plunged sharply as OPEC and ally Russia failed to reach a production-cut agreement. A sustained low oil price environment is likely to weaken the petrochemical complex.
