LONDON (ICIS)--Europe epichlorohydrin (ECH) demand in November is better than expected so far, buoyed by the tight and robust derivative epoxy resins market. The outlook for December remains hazy though, depending on how downstream factors, virus uncertainty and year-end behaviours play out.
