China’s gasoil export margin losses hit a three- year high in March

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s theoretical margin losses for gasoil exports widened further on a month-on-month basis in March, hitting a new high since January 2017. Theoretical margins for gasoil exports were at minus yuan (CNY) 1,184.6/tonne on average in March, compared with minus CNY279.4/tonne in February, according to ICIS data. The average incomes of exporting gasoil to Singapore slumped to CNY2,181.9/tonne in March as the prices are closely linked with crude movements.
