HOUSTON(ICIS)--Melamine supply is tightening,due to several recent ongoing production issues as well as an outage that is in the process of concluding.There is presently a scheduled turnaround in Japan expected to last until the end of November,talks of a production problem at a western European producer and the restart of the Cornerstone facility in Waggaman,Louisiana,following the power outage from Hurricane Zeta on 28 October.According to a market source,several of the facilities at Cornerstone began running in the first week of November.However,the melamine unit did not start in the first batch.
