Europe PE prices decrease, but losses nowhere near those in crude oil

LONDON (ICIS)--The reaction to the price crash in upstream crude oil has not affected the European polyethylene (PE) market as much as might have been expected. So far at least. The continued rout in crude and associated naphtha is expected to impact the market more in April, once the main driver ethylene contract is settled.
