Rosneft announced a tender last week to export up to 100,000t of 1.5pc sulphur straight-run fuel oil on a fob basis from Russia’s far east port of Nakhodka. The bidding deadline was 22 March, with results due by 3 April. Additional volumes could be supplied in June. The price of the product - from Rosneft’s 268,000 b/d Angarsk refinery in east Siberia and its 120,000 b/d Komsomolsk plant in Russia’s far east - will be based on Singapore М-380 high-sulphur fuel oil prices.
