The extreme supply tightness in the market has left many market participants wondering where to source their next cargo from. Realistically speaking, no spot cargoes are expected to be on offer for prompt/December delivery out of any of the major supply hubs. Yuzhny is heard to be fully committed with contract cargoes. Rossosh has agreed to supply a big portion of OCP's requirement in 4Q 2017 under contract, effectively slashing any possible tonnage available for lifting on spot basis.
