摘要

An efficient protocol to synthesize a series of N-aryl pyrazoles via C-N bond Chan-Lam coupling reaction using diverse boronic acid at room temperature using Cu(OAc)i/TEA as a catalytic system without utilization of any ligand or additive and exposed to air to afford moderate to excellent yield. The characterizations of newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by FTTR, MS, 'H NMR, 13C NMR, and elemental analysis. All the synthesized compounds were assayed for their antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus MTCC-96, Escherichia coli MTCC-443, B. subtilis MTCC-441, S. typhi MTCC-98, and antifungal activity against Aspergillus rc;'gerMTCC-282 aadAspergillus clavatus MTCC-1323 at different concentration and compared with standards drugs. The minimum inhibition concentration (MIC) of the compounds was studied by micro broth dilution method.
