摘要

This paper describes the Pb~(2+)ion sensing of an antnacenylimino compound in the presence and absence of β-cyclodextrin in aqueous media.The chemosensor is prepared by a simple coupling reaction of an aldehyde and an amine.The compound is characterized using ~1H NMR and mass spectrometric techniques.The host-guest complex of the β-cyclodextrin anthracenylimino compound is analyzed using 2D rotating-frame Overhauser effect spectroscopy and its structure is optimized.The stoichiometry of the complex is 1:1.The compound selectively binds Pb~(2+)ion in its free and cyclodextrin-bound forms.The ranges of sensing of the metal ion are calculated and they are similar in magnitude.
