Stocks build in May

Oil inventories in the main reporting countries rose by 30mn bl in May, reversing draws of the previous two months. A 25mn bl draw in April left inventories at a three-year low. Total stocks are now 5mn bl higher than at the end of 2017 but 180mn bl lower than a year earlier.
