Forties has climbed by more than $1.75/bl relative to the benchmark since early April. All of Forties April’s loadings — comprising 6mn bl — have departed for Asia-Pacific destinations, with at least one more Suezmax expected to depart before the end of the month. Caspian CPC Blend shed $1.05/bl, falling to a $1.80/bl discount to North Sea Dated, as an overhang of prompt supplies pressured price discussions.
