Demand rises above 100mn b/d

World oil demand rose by 1.67mn b/d last year, driven by the US, China and other key consuming countries. Global demand is estimated to have surpassed 100mn b/d last year, led by frm demand for LPG and diesel, followed by gasoline and jet-kerosine.
