摘要

Saudi Arabia says its crude production has fully recovered from last month’s drone and missile strikes on key infrastructure. Output capacity is on course to return to pre-14 September levels by the end of November, Saudi ofcials say. The attacks on the Abqaiq processing plant and the Khurais oil feld led to the immediate loss of 5.7mn b/d of output, casting doubts over the country’s ability to meet its October production target of 9.89mn b/d. Saudi Aramco had to take crude from stocks in the days after the attacks to compensate for the lost output, but now says restored production is behind its market supplies. “In the beginning, it was stock withdrawal,” oil minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman says. “Now it has been stabilised as production.”
