Baltic Urals shipments to Asia-Pacifc resume

Baltic-loading Russian medium sour Urals shipments to Asia-Pacifc have resumed in February after a two-month pause. The very large crude carrier (VLCC) Coswish Lake departed the waters of Skaw in Denmark on 11 February for Zhanjiang in China, after taking on board roughly 2mn bl of Urals by ship-to-ship (STS) transfer. The tanker conducted STS transfers with the Primorsky Prospect, Ryman and Bonita - all Aframaxes - on 7-11 February. Urals can be transferred from one vessel to another either of Skaw or in the seas of Southwold in the eastern UK.
