Naphtha margins fell on potentially slower demand because of more competitive propane prices, while fuel oil prices fell sharply on more plentiful supply. 2.Prompt gasoil rose to its highest premium this year to forward months on strong demand from Vietnam (see graph). The 200,000 b/d Nghi Son refnery has been running at lower rates since late June. Vietnam’s gasoil imports stood at 150,000 b/d in July, more than double the June fgure.
