Aramco publishes financial statements for first time

State-owned Saudi Aramco generated $121bn of cash flow from operating activities last year,according to its first-ever financial results,revealed in a prospectus published ahead of an expected bond issuance.Crude sales provided 56.4pc of the company’s revenue last year,compared with 56.7pc in 2017 and 86.4pc in 2016.The report shows Aramco produced 13.6mn b/d of oil equivalent(boe/d)in 2018,including 10.3mn b/d of crude,which includes blended condensate,and an additional 200,000 b/d of unblended condensate.Crude sales to Asia-Pacific,including to refineries in which Aramco owns a stake,comprised 71pc of its crude exports last year,similar to 2017.
