Rising supplies are taking a heavy toll on oil prices as the spread of the coronavi- rus strangles the demand outlook. Atlantic basin benchmark North Sea Dated fell by $7.06/bl to $23.91/bl in the week to 19 March, while US benchmark April WTI lost $6.28/bl to $25.22/bl. Mideast Gulf benchmark Dubai fell by $4.67/bl to $26.75/bl.
