Southeastern European countries outside the EU shouldreassess their plans for new investments in coal-firedpower capacities and reconsider the environmental impactof planned large hydropower plants, the OECD said in areport about economic competitiveness in Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Albania, Montenegro, Macedonia and Kosovo.
