Russian far eastern ports raise handling rates

A number of Russian far eastern ports have increased coalhandling fees this month amid high transportation demand,limited throughput capacities and strong spot prices.Handling fees at some Russian far eastern ports rose by$0.50-2.25/t from January to $13-17/t this month, dependingon the terminal (see table).
