摘要

This study offers an alternative method of lipid extraction from wet biomass using the microwave technique. The microalgae Nannochloropsis sp. were cultivated under batch condition at 23 ±0.5oC and pH 8 ± 0.3 and light intensity of 100 _mol m-2 s-1. In order to determine the lipid profile on Nannochloropsis sp., biomass was sampled out and the lipid was extracted daily during the 8 days cultivation and determined gravimetrically.
