摘要

The enhanced passengers' safety, better crash-resistance and lighter car body weight are required in the automotive industry nowadays. The use of advanced high strength steels (AHSS) like TRIP steels in automotive industry greatly relies on the corrosion resistance and durability. The Zn coatability is an important factor to guarantee this kind of application. However, the oxides of alloying elements formed on the surface and subsurface of TRIP steels during annealing in typical industrial GI/GA lines can significantly change the wettability of TRIP steels sheets in molten Zn bath and affect the quality of Zn coating.
