Control of Cementite Precipitation in Lath Martensite by Rapid-heating Tempering

摘要

The effect of rapid-heating tempering on lath martensite structure was studied. Cementite has a finer and more uniform dispersion in lath martensite matrix in the rapidly heated specimen than in the slowly heated specimen. This should contribute significantly to the improvement of strength-ductility balance.
