In honor of Prof. Kyitaka Sato on his retirement

In March of 2010, the Hiroshima Functionality of Lipids Forum celebrated the retirement of Prof. Kyitaka Sato from the Hiroshima University in Japan. Several of his very close friends around the globe, leading scientists in this research area, along with many of his past and present students, attended the meeting. The scientific part of this unforgettable event was devoted to functionality of lipids. This special book is based on the oral contributions that were presented in this event.
