Iran’s MSC and Khouzestan Oxin join forces to cut import of plate for linepipe application

Iranian steel producers want to benefit from the recovery of oil and gas industry after sanctions removal and reducedependence on import of plates for linepipe production, which is expected to grow this year. For this reason, Iran’ssole wide plate producer Khouzestan Oxin Steel has signed a contract with Mobarakeh Steel Company (MSC) for thesupply of semis.
