Canada’s Essar Steel Algoma, a Canadian flat steel producer, appealed to the Federal Court of Appeal to cancel thedecision of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) regarding HR carbon steel plate and high-strength low-alloy steel plate imports from India and Russia. CITT found that those products have not caused injury to the nationalindustry, which means they will not receive anti-dumping and countervailing duties.
