Turkish rebar exporters seek higher prices on positive scrap sentiment

Turkish mills have kept export prices for rebar largely unchanged over two weeks amid rather low demand in mostforeign outlets. Nevertheless, some of the producers are making an attempt to increase their offers due to some positivemoods in the import scrap segment. In addition, import billet offers from China have increased quite significantlywhich provides support to the higher rebar offers from Turkey along with upward sentiment in the CIS billet segment.
