Chinese HR plate exporters have finally decreased prices because demand has been sluggish throughout June. Thedecline is not sharp though: sellers are waiting for bids to come in order to understand the real market level.Currently mills. offers of plate (SS400, 8-50 mm) are at $340-350/t FOB, down $5-10/t over the week.
