Upward price trend reversed in Russian coated product market on weaker demand

After a long-lasting rise, PPGI prices in Russia have started sliding on dwindling demand and intensifying competition from imports. Discounts to local consumers have been just seldom given by early April, but more Russian mills are expected to trim prices soon. A fall in import material prices is one of key factors causing the price trend reversal.
