China’s company to invest into ailing asset of Malaysia’s Perwaja Holdings

Malaysia’s Perwaja Holdings intends to resume operations at Kemaman on the back of China’s investments and moving production lines into less-competitive market segments. China’s Tianjin Zhi Yuan Investment Group (TZY) has become interested in financing of Terengganu-based plant which suspended production in Q3 2013 on financial problems.
