Import HRC market has been relatively stable in Vietnam within two weeks on the back of steady prices for Chinese material. Demand is weak, but occasional contracts for Chinese coils take place anyway. Alternative suppliers have reduced shipments but the decline is too small to make importers change purchase structure.
