October's global autos output points to subdued Q4

Global light vehicle production decreased in October by 1.1% y/y as manufacturers failed to matchstrong output in October 2013. The data, supplied by LMC Automotive, put worldwide output growthfor the year-to-date at 2.8%, but cast doubt on the sustainability of growth going into Q4.
