Moody's has lowered its ratings on ArcelorMittal's debt and probability of default, with the outlookviewed as negative.The downgrade reflects the company's weaker operating performance this year mainly caused byfalling steel prices and a material decrease in EBITDA from mining operations, said Hubert Allemani,Moody's lead analyst for ArcelorMittal.
