ACCC invites feedback on NBN proposed SAU variation

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has published a consultation paperinviting submissions on NBN Co's proposed variation to its Special Access Undertaking (SAU).The SAU is a key part of the regulatory framework for governing prices and other terms upon whichNBN Co will supply services over the NBN to retailers until 2040. NBN Co lodged a proposedvariation to the undertaking with the ACCC on May 27, 2016.
