Increasingly US-focused iron ore miner Cliffs Natural Resources reported net earnings of $108 M (?95.3M) in Q1, much higher than analysts' expectations.Corporate refinancing, lower production and overhead costs, as well as higher-than-forecast sales revenue,account for the better-than-expected results, according to market observers.
