摘要

Chrysotile asbestos was transformed into polysiloxanes through processes involving selective acid leaching and the reaction with various silylation reagents. The silylation with trialkoxy(vinyl)silanes followed by adding chlorotrialkylsilane effectively proceeded to afford a polymer with a low-silanol residue.
