China's cabinet has decided to dispatch investigation teams to look into possible cases of fraud and illegalproduction of steel and coal, to ensure fulfilment of the country's targets for cuts in the sectors' excesscapacity.Inspectors will be sent to Hebei and Jiangsu provinces, where capacity-cut rules were breached and therehave been cases of wrong doing, the cabinet said in a statement.
