Outotec increases African business interests

Finnish mineral processing equipment manufacturer Outotec is to acquire Sinter Plant Services(SPS) of South Africa from the company's founders.SPS provides spare parts and services to the country's ferrochrome plants from a service centre andmanufacturing plant near Johannesburg. It employs around 40 workers.
