Eurozone IP to slow despite June bounce

Once again, Eurozone industrial production has bounced back after a month of contraction. However,the data slightly undershot the level anticipated by surveys and our expectations. As a result we willdowngrade our 2016 forecast, while maintaining our expectations for weaker growth next year.Eurozone industrial production (IP) grew by 0.6% m/m in June, according to Eurostat. The rise inactivity came as a result of increased output in the capital goods (1.3%), durable consumer goods(1.0%) and non-durable consumer goods (0.7%) sectors.
