Dow Chemical is moving forward with its new global business operations,and as part of the corporate strategy has sited its global headquarters for business relating to automobiles in Tokyo,Peter Sykes,who is president of Dow Automotive and became president of Dow Chemical Japan in January,revealed at a press interview.
