Fourth expansion for special steel plant in China

Kobe Steel and its compatriot Japanese partners are to increase capacity at their KSP plant in Chinaby 40% to 4,900 t/month to meet growing demand for cold heading wire.The investment will be about ?1.3 bn ($10.5 M, ?9.8 bn) to pay for installation of additional picklingequipment, doubling the number of units to two. Start up is scheduled for December 2016.
