New York-listed General Steel Holdings says it has signed a series of restructuring agreements whichinclude the sale of its steel operations.The decision results from a persistently depressed market, heavy losses for the steel manufacturingbusiness in recent years and the likely continuation of those trends into 2016, General Steel told thefinancial markets.
